"Pricing felt a bit unclear to me"
I was trying to get a sense of what I’d actually be paying before using mentalhealthmap.com, but the pricing info didn’t feel very clear to me.
I might’ve missed something, but it felt like I had to click around more than I expected, and I still wasn’t totally sure what was included or whether there could be extra costs later. That kind of made me hesitate and trust it a little less.
Maybe it works perfectly fine for other people, but I personally prefer when a website shows the price upfront in a really obvious way. I ended up leaving without signing up.

"I wasn’t totally sure what to make..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to make of it. The information felt unclear, and I kept wondering what I was supposed to do next. It didn’t really guide me through the next steps, which made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating.

"Clear. The whole site was really easy..."
Clear. The whole site was really easy to follow, and I never felt lost trying to figure things out. Nice. Everything was explained in a simple way, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience with no complaints from me.

"Felt like I kept getting passed around"
I really wanted this to work, but my therapist just didn’t feel like the right fit. Sessions felt kind of rushed, and I didn’t feel like they were really hearing me. I also got the sense that I was being passed around instead of actually supported. After a few sessions, I decided it was better to look somewhere else.
"Easy site, but the insurance info let me down"
The site itself was easy to use, but the insurance filter didn’t really help much. A few therapists were listed as taking my plan, and then when I reached out, it turned out they didn’t. I ended up wasting time going back and forth, and it made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual person trying to find help. The insurance details really need to be kept more up to date.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I poked around the site for a bit and it was mostly fine to use. Nothing really felt broken, and the pages loaded okay, so I didn’t have any major issues getting around. The only thing I found myself wondering about after a while was how my personal details are actually handled. It wasn’t super obvious to me what stays private or where to find that info quickly, so a clearer explanation would make me feel a lot more comfortable

"Appointments were tough to actually find"
The site itself was easy to poke around on, but the appointment availability was kind of a letdown. I’d click something thinking, okay maybe this one, and then nope, nothing soon, or it was booked out for weeks. I was hoping to get help sooner, not keep coming back to check again. Maybe it’s better depending on where you live, but for me it was just frustrating.

"Easy cancellation and quick refund"
I ended up canceling my order and expected it to be a hassle, but it was straightforward. The refund came back quickly with no back-and-forth, which was a relief. If anyone else is worried about canceling, I’d say just make sure you follow the steps and keep an eye on your account, mine was handled without any fuss.

"Support was surprisingly quick"
I had a question about my listing and support got back to me way faster than I figured they would. I always notice a pattern with these things where one small issue turns into a bunch of back-and-forth, but that didn’t happen here. They fixed it without making it complicated, and I was able to move on quickly. it was a easy experience. Always nice when someone actually replies instead of leaving you guessing.

"Helped me feel more prepared for therapy"
I came across mentalhealthmap.com when I was trying to make sense of why my anxiety seemed to shift so much from week to week. I liked that the information was simple enough to actually understand, but still felt grounded and credible instead of just sounding like generic internet advice.
It helped me explain what I was feeling in a clearer way, and I ended up bringing a few notes from it to my therapist. It’s definitely not a replacement for professional help, but for me it made the conversation in my appointment more focused and useful.

"Found the right therapist faster than I expected"
I went in thinking I’d have to scroll through a huge list and just hope I picked the right person, but it actually felt a lot easier than that. I shared what I was dealing with and what my schedule looked like, and the matches were surprisingly on point. The first therapist I tried ended up being a really good fit, both for my issues and my availability. It saved me a lot of stress and guesswork.

"I used Mental Health Map when I..."
I used Mental Health Map when I was feeling overwhelmed and wanted to see what kind of mental health support was out there. I liked that the information was easy to understand and didn’t make me feel even more stressed. I actually found a few options I hadn’t heard of before, which was really helpful. Overall, it was a simple and useful site for finding mental health resources.

"Pretty straightforward, but could be smoother"
Overall, the site was easy enough to navigate, and I was able to find the main information without too much hassle. That said, a few pages felt a little clunky, and I ended up clicking around more than I thought I’d need to. It’s not a bad experience by any means, but it would be better if some sections were simpler and a bit clearer.

"Booking was okay, just a little clunky"
I found a therapist easily, so that part was fine. The booking process was a bit confusing though and took me a few tries to get through. The confirmation email also took longer than I expected. It’s not even about that being a huge deal, it just made the whole thing feel less smooth than it could’ve been. Overall, it was okay.

"Never really heard back after the first call"
I had the first call and thought things were moving along, but then it just kind of went quiet. No real follow-up, no clear next steps, and I was left wondering what was going on. It felt like I had to chase instead of being kept in the loop, which was frustrating.
